Developing Country Registration Fee Waiver Program
We are pleased to offer a Registration Fee Waiver Program specifically designed for participants from least-developed countries as defined by the United Nations. This program aims to enable a broader exchange of knowledge by reducing financial barriers for eligible researchers and practitioners. Please read carefully the list of least-developed nations provided by the United Nations here: https://www.un.org/ohrlls/content/list-ldcs. Eligibility and Application The fee waiver is available exclusively to participants from least-developed nations. It is intended to cover the cost of registration fees for the conference, which includes access to all sessions, conference materials, meals, accommodation and networking events. Please note that this waiver does not cover travel or any other expenses. The Registration Fee Waiver is highly competitive due to limited availability. Selection is based on the applicant's demonstrated need, the relevance and quality of their submitted abstract, and potential contribution to the diversity of ideas and perspectives at the conference. Application Process Indicate your interest in the fee waiver when submitting your abstract by selecting the appropriate option in the form. Wait to be contacted by the conference organizers before filling in the conference registration form. We will provide detailed instructions regarding the necessary documentation for proving eligibility and further steps in the evaluation process. If selected, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the registration.
For any inquiries related to abstract submission, please contact us at: iwc2025@inn.noPlease be aware that submitting a presentation is separate from registering for the conference.
All Presenters also need to register via the registration form once registration opens.
We look forward to receiving your submissions!
